Steve has led Foresight – officially as CEO but perhaps more accurately as Chief Innovation Officer – since 2002. Drawing on more than 30 year's experience in marketing research, marketing planning and brand management (including 18 years in Chrysler’s senior management group). He developed Foresight’s proprietary marketing communications ROI measurement system which is employed in many of the company’s most widely distributed reports and services. The unique approach to measuring the effectiveness of auto shows and events has placed Foresight Research as front-runner in the monitoring of experiential marketing. Steve has an MBA from the State University of New York and has been adjunct faculty at Wayne State’s Graduate School of Business.

Ron’s 25 + year's of experience spans both the manufacturing and supplier side of business, working at auto manufacturers and tier one suppliers in senior management positions in sales operations, marketing, product planning and consumer research, as well as business case analysis and marketing strategies. At Foresight, Ron brings this diverse knowledge to the discovery, assessment and refinement of our client’s unique situations and strategic objectives. The application of research findings to the development of actionable, results-driven recommendations toward achieving those objectives in Ron's passion. Ron has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BIA (Industrial Engineering) from General Motors Institute – now Kettering Institute.

Chris’ 20+ year's experience in marketing research design and management was spent with several leading US research firms and includes industries such as advertising, automotive, health care, banking and consumer goods. His experience spans consumer insights, product design and management, communications and marketing, segmentation, positioning and more. Chris directs the research, project management, data processing and analytical teams in the execution of research programs. Chris holds a BS in Marketing from Oakland University.
Craig brings over two decades expertise in all phases of quantitative marketing research, previously being Quantitative Research Director and Senior Analyst for several major research firms including the design and analysis of complex studies. Craig holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan, MA in Economics and a MA in Mathematical Statistics from Wayne State University, Detroit. From the Department of Mathematics, he received the Bertram J. Eisenstadt Award for outstanding achievement in the Master's Program.

Dan manages the execution of research projects across variety of industries and topics, coordinating the activities of inside and outside resources to the successful completion of each program. Dan also excels in data processing, analysis and report design. Dan has a BA in advertising from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Kettering University.

A recent addition to Foresight, Nick conducts a wide variety of data cleaning and processing functions, as well as analysis and development of client reports and other deliverables. Nick graduated from Oakland University with a BS in Marketing and minors in Quantitative Methods Management and Applied Technology in Business.

Rosemary oversees all of the company’s administrative functions, ranging from accounting (including payables and receivables), to personnel and benefits matters, as well as administration of suppliers and vendors.
Danielle manages Foresight’s experiential marketing data collection, and can be found overseeing a wide array of auto show, boat show and other event based research programs. She balances productivity, quality and timing to ensure the successful planning and execution of each outside project on time and on budget. Danielle holds a BA from Western Michigan University.

The newest addition to Foresight, Rozann provides administrative support in the areas of accounting, personnel and office administration, and provides a myriad of support to the research team on individual programs.
Renee works in tandem with Danielle in handling client interactions for experiential marketing events as well as training and implementing survey methodologies.
